She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Edward Thorne and Lula Thorne (Crites); her former husband Victor Elwood Crites; her husband Otis Sylvester Funk; her children, Ronald Eugene Crites, Charlotte Rebecca Ketterman and Margaret Elaine Freeman; her granddaughter Pamela Lynn Crites; her son-in-law Gerald Cook; and her siblings, Ralph Edward Thorne, Clarence Elwood Thorne, Virginia Lee Bergdoll and Eula Jane Thorne.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Elwood Crites (Belinda) of Petersburg, WV, Delmas Allen Crites (Brenda Kay) of Petersburg, WV, Roscoe Arnold Crites (Lisa Lynn) of Moorefield, WV and Brenda Sue Cook of Moorefield, WV; and her sisters, Edna Mae Dolly of Petersburg, WV and Eveline Lofton of Petersburg, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
