He is survived by: his parents, Gary Wayne Shanhotz, Sr. of Petersburg and Patricia Elaine Shanholtz (Bramlett) of Moorefield, WV.; his wife Denise Shanholtz (Mullins); his children, Catrenia Mullins of Petersburg, WV, Cody Mullins (Krystal) of Burlington, WV and Carl Ray Summerfield, III of Petersburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Blake, Estella Mullins, Adrian, Andrew, Alice, Rebecca Ault and Bentley Summerfield. He is also survived by 5 sisters, 7 brothers, several nieces and nephews.
