He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Oliver Judy and Pearl Gladys Judy (Landes); his wife Judith Judy (Hepner); his granddaughter April Sherman; and his siblings, Randall Judy, James "Jim" Judy and Carol Beck.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald Neil Judy II of Pulaski, VA, Brent Bobo of Florida, Cheryl Zaccagnini (Michael) of Pleasant Hill, PA and Carolyn West (Dave) of Petersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Nathan Cleaver, Jeremy Cleaver, Ross Sherman, Olivia Bowman, Jeremiah Finney, Alexandra Judy and Noah Judy; and his sisters, Beverly Halterman of New Creek, WV and Dottie Oates of Petersburg, WV. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
