He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathleen Thompson; his children, William G. "Bill" Riggleman of Petersburg and Amy L. Riggleman of Petersburg; and his sisters, Sandra Shook of Dorcas, WV and Brenda Mason of Sterling, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
