She was predeceased by: her parents, William Noah Short and Dessel Ordell Short (Timbrook); her husband Perry Ansel Wells; and her sisters, Fuchsia Meleo, Judy Smith and Dessel Poland.
She is survived by: her children, William Wells of Petersburg, WV, Mitch Wells of Madison Heights, VA, Scott Wells (Sue) of Lahmansville, WV and Beth Kivett (Mickey) of Petersburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Gregory, Stephanie, Larissa, Ethan, Noelle, Brandon and Alexandra. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
