He is survived by: his wife Vicki L. Ayers (Crites); his daughter Mindi Dawn Whetzel (Kevin) of Old Fields, WV; and his brother Richard Ayers (Eleanor) of Rivesville, WV. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
