He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William "Taft" Borror and Minnie Rosetta Borror (George); and his siblings, Hilda Borror Kesner, Phyllis Borror Shook, Ruth Borror Keplinger, Wanda Borror Ellis, Patsy Borror Parker, Dorris "Bunt" Borror, Roland Borror, Bruce Borror, Leo Borror, Roger and James Borror.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Borror (Hedrick); his sons, Douglas W. Borror II of Petersburg, WV and Matthew K. Borror (Stacy) of Kingwood, WV; his grandchildren, Marty Borror, Luke Borror and Jacob Borror; and his sister Shirley Cook (Roger) of Maysville, WV.
