He is survived by: his daughters, Lori L. Belke (Bill) and Charlene V. Boone; and his half-siblings, Virgil Vance (Susan) of Jane Lew, WV, Michael Vance (Myra) of Petersburg, WV, Jack Vance (Joyce) of Winchester, VA and Barbara Riggleman (Bruce) of Petersburg, WV.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren as well as 2 great-great grandchildren.
