He was predeceased by: his parents, Nonnie Isaac Roby and Margie Roby (Smith); his wife Elizabeth June Roby (Miller); and his siblings, Isaac Seymour Roby, Lawrence Edwin Roby, Roger David Roby, Bradley Dorn Roby and Beverly Roby Cecil.
He is survived by: his sons, Clement Roby (Jeannette) of Petersburg, WV and William "Bill" Roby (Ginger) of Maysville, WV; his grandchildren, Burgundy Roby and Charlie Roby; his sisters, Sharon Roby Rotruck of Mt. Airy, MD and Martha Roby Hawk of Silver Springs, MD; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Roby of Petersburg, WV, Irene Getz of Salisbury, MD and Donna Woodward of Fanwood, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, all individuals entering the funeral home will be required to maintain social distance and wear face coverings at all times.
