He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl Michael and Flossie Michael; his wife Joan Elaine Pratt of Moorefield, WV; and his siblings, Gail Rohrbaugh, Neil, Darwin, Ray, Tracy and Gene Michael.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Jo Horn (Stephen), Mary Beth Barr (David) and Carol Ann Fernandez; his grandchildren, Ashley Riggleman (Jeremy), Joey Rotolo (Nixie), Kaitlyn Kesner (Shawn), Allie Luker (Ryan) and Olivia Fernandez; his brother Harold Michael of Old Fields, WV; and his friends, Linda Pennington and John Reel. He is also survived by five great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Main Street United Methodist Church, the Pocahontas Memorial Hospital Capital Campaign or the charity of one's choice.
