He is survived by: his parent Martha Runions (Parker) of Lahmansville, WV; his wife Teresa Lambert (Crites); his children, Christy Waskis (Nick) of Grant Town, WV and Carl Lewis "Bubba" Lambert, III of Frostburg, MD; his siblings, Denisa Flinn of Lahmansville, Russell Lambert (Linda) of Petersburg, Eddie Lambert (Danita) of Lahmansville and Jamie Lambert of Moorefield; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Justin (Waylon Waskis) and Norris "Junior" Crites of Petersburg.
