She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul R. Champ and Ruthlene Champ (Kisamore); her husband Charles H. Kisner; her son Larry Ray Carpenter (Misty) of Petersburg, WV; her sisters, Rosalie Mallow (Champ) of Cabins, WV and Ester Champ (Roger) of Petersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Gracie and Conner Ray Carpenter; her daughter Heather Lewis; her brother David Champ; and her brother-in-law Virgil Mallow. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, including a special niece.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (501 N Fork Hwy, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
