She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Lacey Turner and Iva Jean Turner (Starkey); her daughter Jami Nicole Kile (Brown); and the father of her children David William Brown. She is survived by: her siblings, Lisa A. Turner of Bayard, WV and Steven R. Turner (Charlotte) of Middleborne, WV; her son Ryan A. Brown of Charleston, WV; her son-in-law Josh Kile of Maysville, WV; her grandchildren, Taylor Kile, Shaylee Kile and McKeyin Kile; and her great grandchild Tanson Wood Allamong.
