With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty L. Coffman of Petersburg, West Virginia, born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Charles Hoover and Celia Frances Hoover (Aronhalt); her husband William "Eddie" Coffman; her son Douglas Lee Burgess; and her sister Mary Frances Alt.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Bodkins of Fisher, WV, Frances Hall of Grand Rapids, MI, Teresa Coffman of Burton, MI, Peggy Coffman of Flint, MI, Carol Sue Alt (Trent) of Upper Tract, WV, Butch Coffman (Karen) of Keyser, WV, Chris Coffman (Crystal) of San Diego, CA and Donald Burgess of Mt. Storm, WV; and her sister Nellie "Snap" Riley of Keyser, WV. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren and two furry babies.
