It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Parker (Pentress, West Virginia), born in Cassville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, O. E. "Red" Seaman and Hazel Hamilton Seaman; her husband Otis Parker; and her siblings, Norma Jean Tuttle, Bill Seaman and Bud Seaman.
She is survived by: her great-niece Sherry (David Patterson); and her sisters-in-law, Amy Seaman of Core and Janet Vaugh Parker. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
