We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2025, at the age of 60, William Gale Winland of Pennsboro, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though William may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gale, Eva Nichols, Rosemond and Regina Winland; and his stepparents, Harry Horner and Kay Winland.
He is survived by: his parents, William Clinton Winland of St. Marys, WV and Rose Mary Nichols Horner of Pennsboro, WV.; and his sister Cindy Winland (Russ) of Pennsboro, WV. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
