He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Leonard); and his sister Sharon Heinritz. He is survived by: his wife Candy; his daughters, Mattison, Hannah and Emma; and his siblings, Michael, Charles, James, Jon, Bonita Sicca and Darlene McDiffett.
