He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Cunningham and Ralph Cunningham; his siblings, Doris, Donna Jean, Sandra Jo, Rickie, Bud and Nelson; and his uncle Charlie.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Melissa, Jon, Chess, Vizcaya Phillips, Jeremy, Paula, Collin and Clay Greathouse; and his sisters, Sue, Lynn, Lois and Candy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws, and friends.
Life was simpler then, and until his passing on April 4, 2022, after a long battle with Parkinson's disease, he would reminisce about butchering hogs and bailing hay.
