She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Hurst and Mildred Hurst (Hickman); and her siblings, Calvin Hurst, Harold Hurst, Gladys Jackson, Virginia Gilchrist, Mary Edith Swartzfager, Karen Hernandez, James Howard Hurst, Clarence Hurst, Oakley Hurst, Helen Hardesty, Ruth Maxine Hurst and Elsie Lamp.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard A. Hurst of Parkersburg, WV and Carol Wells of Pennsboro, WV; and her great-nephew Mike Richards of Parkersburg, WV.. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
