She was predeceased by: her parents, Lennie Miller and Bethel Miller (Johnson); her husband Reverend Franklin Simons; and her siblings, Byrl, Olin Miller, Pauline Morton, Dorie Swain, Ethlyn Evans, Kathleen Lanham, Muriel Barnhart and Evelyn Wilt.
She is survived by: her sons, David Simons (Brenda) of Pennsboro, WV, Ronald Simons (Renee) of Hebron, WV and Randy Simons (Crystal) of Arkansas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; along with 6 great grandchildren.
