He is survived by: his brother David B. Lewis (Sandy) of Cutler, OH; his nieces, Catherine J. Sams (Joe) of Coolville, Debbie K. Lewis of Belpre, Bethe A. Lewis of San Antonio, Jackie S. Hall (Frank) of Harrisville and Kristie G. Campbell (Charles Donaldson) of Ellenboro; his nephew Steve Lewis (Kim) of Ellenboro; and his close friend Joyce Cain (Mike).
Fred Byron Lewis, of Pennsboro, West Virginia, age 83, died at Stonerise Parkersburg on Thursday, 10 February 2022 following complications of diabetes, congestive heart failure and Covid.
