He is survived by: his son Michael Hayhurst (Sherry) of Pennsboro, WV; his grandchildren, Jason Hayhurst, Amanda Hayhurst, Daniel Rijos and Micah Moxley; his great grandchildren, Joliana Hayhurst, Levi Perkins and Melvin Rijos; his brother Ronald Hayhurst of St. Marys, WV; and his friends, Mike, Rick Morgan, Joe and Terry Crislip. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
