He is survived by: his wife Bonnie McCullough (Dodd); his sons, David McCullough of Pennsboro, WV and Darren McCullough (Candi) of Williamstown, WV; his granddaughters, Madyia, Mylee and Lauren; his great grandchild Ryder; his siblings, Jim McCullough of Pullman, WV, Ray McCullough of Pennsboro, WV, Leroy McCullough of Pennsboro, WV, Don McCullough of Pennsboro, WV, Junior "Buck" McCullough of Pennsboro, WV, Bertha McDonald of St. Marys, WV, Sandy Northcraft of Pennsboro, WV and Linda Griffith of Pennsboro, WV; and his close friend Art Smith. He is also survived by loving brother and sister in laws, and nieces and nephews.
