He is survived by: his parents, Terry Carr and Debra Carr (Farr); his wife Anastasia "Rose" Carr; his sons, Matthew, Isaiah, Levi and Tyler Carr; and his brother Larry Carr. He is also survived by several extended family members, and friends.
