She is survived by: her parents, Bernard Eugene Bandy, Jr. of Lebanon, VA and Sheila Gaye Smith of Green Valley, WV.; her husband Shane Patrick Hicks of Logan; her stepmother Jeannie Henderson of Paint Lick, VA; her brother Bernard Eugene (Gene); her sister-in-law Lynn Hicks of Georgetown, KY; her half-brother Justin Bondy of Richlands, VA; her sister Malissa Lockhard Gularson of Davidson, NC; her grandchildren, Miyah Hicks, Ayla Hicks and Luna Hicks of Richlands, VA; her stepsons, Patrick Hicks of New Mexico and Christopher Hicks (Patricia) of Richlands, VA; her siblings-in-law, Kim Layne and Dolf Davis; and her close friend Chris Owens.
