He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Bell (Pullins); his brother Lowell Gene Bell; his parents, Rothmel 'Rod Bell and Celia Bell (Varney); and his sisters, Betty Ferrell (Bell) and Patsy Black (Bell).
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Dunlap; his brother Gary Bell; his grandchildren, Shawna, Charlie and Kayla Dunlap; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Aleshire, Zach McNeely, Braleigh, Grayson, Leslie and Joshua Hensley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
