It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Mullins of Pecks Mill, West Virginia, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Davis and Katie Davis; her husband Maynard Mullins; and her children, Tammy Mitchell, Leroy Mullins and Ricky Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughter Anna Carr (James) of Uneeda, WV. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
