She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Cooper and Viola Ellen Cooper Moore (Payne); and her siblings, Harold Douglas Cooper (Alice), Shirley McClellan and James "Buddy" Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Jarrel Vance (Patty) and Betty Jo Bukowski (Mike); her grandchildren, Chris Jarrel Vance (Michelle), Damien Bukowski, Zac Bukowski, Isabel Valdez Vance and Maribel Valdez Vance; her great grandchildren, Winry Mae Vance and Enzo Chavez; her siblings, Daisy Shirley (Jack), Mary Ethel "Sue" Frazier (Harvey), Thelma Bandy (Garnet), Johnny "Junior" Cooper (Ruth) and William Anderson "Sonny" Cooper (Jerry); and her adoptive parents, Veronica Foley, Josey Foley, Sarah Foley, Matthew Foley, Sandy Roberts and Arlene Viars. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
