He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Blevins and Maria Romero Blevins; and his brother Jeffrey Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Blevins (Davis); his daughters, Kayla Blevins, Madison Blevins and Brianna Carter (Charlie); his grandsons, Brantley Carter and Landon Blevins; his siblings, Joby Blevins of Clear Creek, WV and Sandra Lilly (David) of New Castle, DE; his nephew DJ; his nieces, Amanda, Brittany, Tessa, Chelsea, Tori, Candace, Maria, Samantha and Lindsey; his granddaughter RaeLynn; and also Scott Farnsworth (Sabrina).
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
