She was predeceased by: her son Victor Belcher; and her siblings, James Belcher, Genette Belcher and Paulene Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Stanley Penn, Linda Brockman, Blanche Penn, Joni Penn and Karen Mitchell (Wendell); and her siblings, Robert Belcher Jr., Dorah Belcher, Arline Nixon (Joe) and Gladine Belcher. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
