She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mildred Mullins Whitlow and Claude Whitlow; her brothers, Danny, Arnold and Kerry Wayne Whitlow; her husband Melvin "Butch" Painter; her children, Melvin Painter, Jr. (Wade Harold), Matt Painter (Christy) and Melisa Painter Pennington; her siblings, Jimmy Whitlow (Cindy), Donna Suttle (Jerry), Janice Brown, Mona Cook (Bo), Tonia Arthur, Lois Norris (Chuck), Cindy Lambert, Bertha Blankenship, Martha Whitlow and Janet MaClinlock; her grandchildren, Frankie, Sarah Pennington, Tiffany Pennington (Teddy Sweeney), Ty Painter, Ramie, Hannah Painter, Preston, Jayden, Drew, Calab, Alex, Savannah, Teddy, Ava, Isabella, Kinley, Parker, Trinity, Raider, Julius, Zion, Hunter and Thomas; and her aunts, Gaye Wriston and Dixie Donell. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews cousins, and great friends.
