He was predeceased by: his parents, Slemp Honaker and Virginia Honaker; his siblings, Donald Ray, George Harmon, Larry Richard, Slemp "Pete" Jr., Gloria Jean Honaker and Carolyn Faye Honaker; and his daughter Pamela Lea.

He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sister Linda Langley; and his children, Arthur Jr. (Sherry), Scott (Tara) of Poca, WV and Tina Williams (James) of Pax, WV.
