He was predeceased by: his parent Della Spencer of Paw Paw, WV.. He is survived by: his daughter Carla Marie Spencer of Morgantown, WV; and his cousins, Ralph Largent, Sr. of Martinsburg, WV and Yvonne "Sue" Powell of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Due to COVID-19, a private graveside service will be held.
