He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mitchel Welker and Hazel Marie Welker Taylor (Ash); and his sister Lorraine Davis (Eddie). He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Welker (Ferguson); his sons, Greg Welker (Kim) and Jeff Welker (Gayle); his brother Donald Welker (Doris); and his grandchildren, Kendra, Bria, William and Taylor Welker.
