He is survived by: his children, Leonard Ward Sponaugle (Cindy) of Whitmer, Leon Ray Sponaugle (Trudy) of Dry Fork, Lillian Coontz (Dale) of Louisa, VA and Margaret Miller (Mike) of Tarpon Springs, FL; his sister Marie Bennett of Kerens; his grandchildren, Anthony Sponaugle, Andrea Adamson, Erica Dixon, Travis Coontz, Nick Miller, Kevin Miller, Murlin Howell, II, Amanda Nucilli and Matthew Sponaugle; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Alex Partlow, Katie Howell, Dustin, Emily Sponaugle, David, Bailey, Zoe Dixon, Maddison Starr, Mateo Nucilli, Lance Adamson, Keegan, Lukas, Lilah Miller, Dezyl, Axzyl, Rocco and Slayd Miller.
