She was predeceased by: her parents, James Junior Bohon and Edna Marie Summerfield Bohon; her husband Truman Lee Phillips; and her siblings, Lydia Louise Credal and Willard Otis Bohon.
She is survived by: her sons, David Lee Phillips (Kathy) of Parsons, Danny Ray Phillips (Lois "Deanie") of Soddy Daisy, TN and Deral Jay Phillips (Kathy) of Morgantown; her sisters, Thelma Delores "Dee" Myers (Junior) of Masontown and Wilda McBee of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Kelly Helmick (David), Kim Dilly (Duane), Eli, Emily Phillips, Shantae Carter (Dustin), Stephanie Woods (Steven) and Ryan McDermott (Brooke); and her great grandchildren, Macy, Maddy Helmick, Evan, Ella Dilly, Nash, Ryder Morris, Lauren, Morgan Woods, Coby, Boston, Bailen, Presley and Aussie McDermott.
