He is survived by: his wife Vonda Wyona Bohon Phillips; his sons, David Lee Phillips (Kathy) of Parsons, Danny Ray Phillips (Lois "Deanie") of Soddy Daisy, TN and Deral Jay Phillips (Kathy) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Kelly Helmick (David), Kim Dilly (Duane), Eli, Emily Phillips, Shantae Carter (Dustin), Steven Woods (Stephanie) and Ryan McDermott (Brooke); and his great grandchildren, Macy, Maddy Helmick, Evan, Ella Dilly, Nash, Ryder, Lauren, Morgan, Coby, Boston, Bailen, Presley and Aussie.
