He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Underwood, Jr. and Kelly Corcoran Underwood of Parsons; his sister Leah Underwood (Seth Pifer); his grandparents, Ben and Jean Long; his aunts and uncles, Rick Corcoran (Dana), Rock Corcoran (Vivian), Kevin Corcoran (Tammy), Dora Floyd of Salem and Erica Underwood of Summit Park; and his pet Waylon Cash. He is also survived by several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
