She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Tincher (John) of Nestorville; her nephew Jacob "Joey" Norman (Janet) of Dumfries, VA; and her nieces, Kathy Kisselbach of Berkley Springs, WV and Kimberly Lipscomb (Charles) of Hambleton.
