He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Myers; his son Jason Scott Pennington (Miranda Reckart) of Pifer Mt; his stepsons, Daniel Owen Cassidy (Pamela) of Pifer Mt and Steven Lee Cassidy (Andrea) of Pifer Mt; and his siblings, Gary Richard Pennington of Mackeyville, Dorris Marylin Knibb of Seattle, WA and Virginia Faye Kisner (Joseph) of Limestone.
