It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Frederick Townsend of Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Frank Townsend and Ann Gainer Brobst; his stepfather Edward Brobst, Jr.; his brother Edward James Brobst; his sister-in-law Becka; and his close friends, Corey Kinzy, Daniel Moore, Steve McDonald, Christopher Clark, Melissa Sines, Michael Newman, Crystal Cogar-Bravo of Denver, CO, Pat, Mark Reed of Phoenix, AZ and Morag Wardrop of England. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
Memorial donations can be made to the ASPCA, the Tucker County Animal Shelter or St. John's United Methodist Church.
