It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Dale Stevens of Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Daniel Stevens and Mae Phillips Stevens; and his half-brothers, Willard Stevens and Wilson Pritt. He is survived by: his wife Grace Louise Loughry; his sons, Philip Edward "Eddie" Stevens of Parsons and Robert Dale Stevens (Lisa) of Parsons; and his grandson Lukas Dale Stevens (Chasity Putlovis) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
