She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lee Collins (Mary), Moorefield, David Dale Collins and Edward William Collins (Kathy) of Terra Alta; her adoptive son Robert Lee Collins, II (Mary) of Thomas; and her siblings, Bradford Smith and RosaLee Lawson. She is also survived by two half-brothers; and two half-sisters; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
