She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Ray and Ada Pearl Swisher Williams; her husband Scott Hovatter; her siblings, Dorsey Ray Williams, Sr., Robert Woodrow Williams and Richmond "Richie" Bell Nestor'; and her nephew Dorsey Ray Williams, Jr..

She is survived by: her sister Thelma Williams Kochenderfer of Birmingham, AL; and her nieces and nephews, Ricky, Donald, Tammy, Ruby, Judy, Teresa of Lisa, BJ and Cindy.
