She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Warren Carr and Gertrude Marie Hedrick Carr; her husband Charles Lee Canfield; her siblings, Tom Carr, Artie Dale Carr, Michael Carr, Johnny Hedrick, Hubert Hedrick, Chester Hedrick, Bert Hedrick, Blair Hedrick, Otta Sue Ashby, Annis Dell Combs and Mary Johanna Nelson; and her granddaughter Ashley Lynnette Lipscomb.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Canfield (Tonia) of Fresno, OH., Vincent Canfield (Tonya) of Bedford, PA and Sheila Faye Lipscomb (Keith) of St. George; and her siblings, Terry Carr, Dale Hedrick (Frances) of Rivesville, WV, Bonita Yeager of Parsons, WV, Susie Rohr of Parsons, WV and Beverly "Bev" Simmons of Barberton, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
