She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey "Lee" Wotring and Judith Almeda Lipscomb Wotring; her husband Theodore "Jake" Kelley; and her son-in-law Roger Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Phillips, Judith R. Hile (Terry) and Lee A. Kelley (Cindy); her sister Prema Kines; her grandchildren, Mark Phillips, Kellie Crosten (Greg), Jeremy Hile (Amanda), Heather Lantz (Wesley), Cole Kelley, Cullen Kelley and Corey Kelley; her great grandchildren, Ethan Crosten, Emily Crosten, Mark Phillips, Jr., Maricay Phillips, Rachel Hile, Gracie Hile, Luke Lantz and Elaina Lantz; and her sister-in-law Delores "Tootsie" Kelley.
