We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2022, at the age of 72, Joel Lee Goughnour (Parsons, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Goughnour (Creek); and his grandson Naden. He is survived by: his son Justin (Antoinette); his daughter-in-law Antoinette; his father Blaine Goughnour; his wife Cindy; his brothers, Tim Goughnour (Donna) of Sinking Spring, PA and Sam Goughnour (Amy) of Davis, WV.; his nephews, Brett, Todd and Drew Goughnour; and his niece Emily Randall (Goughnour). He is also survived by his family, friends.
The family suggest that expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to Tucker County Animal Shelter or Parsons Lions Club.
