We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2023, at the age of 89, Jennings Randolph Lipscomb of Parsons, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Albert and Sylvia Ruth Shaffer Lipscomb; his son Randy Lipscomb; and his siblings, Allen, Bob "Honey", Rodney, Chet Lipscomb, Velma "Poke" Roy, Virginia Ferrell, Carol Godfrey (Dora) and Glennis (Otis).

He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lipscomb (Brenda) of Morgantown, Mark Lipscomb (Cheryl) of Flemington and Kathy Lipscomb Helmick (Rick) of Leadmine; his siblings, Gary Lipscomb (Lynn) of Parsons and Mary Litman of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jonah, Bethany Lipscomb, Alan Polomski and Carrie Leary (Franco); his great grandchildren, Joanna, Isaiah and Alexander Leary; and his stepgrandchildren, Misty, Laylah and Austin Ritter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
