He is survived by: his wife Carol Jane Frymyer; his children, James Luther Frymyer Jr. of Beckley, Patricia Ann Waybright (Burl) of Parsons, John Willard Frymyer of Parsons and Steven Lee Frymyer (Evelyn) of Parsons; his sisters, Mary Katherine Savage, Louise Waybright and Gertrude Rosetta Phillips; his grandchildren, Zachary Frymyer, Aaron Frymyer, LeAnna Frymyer, Nikki Frymyer, Melissa Waybright, Jessica Waybright, Mary Waybright, JJ Waybright, Thomas Badgett and Noah Davisson; and his close friends, Bud, Beverly Rosier, James and Amanda Bedford.
As we continue following guidelines from the CDC and Gov. Jim Justice, we will observe social distancing and the use of facial coverings.
