He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Jack" Griffith and Opal Snyder Griffith. He is survived by: his sons, James Daniel Griffith, Jr. (Shauna) of Parsons and Joshua Scott Griffith (Debbie) of Parsons; his grandchildren, Jayden of Parsons, Norah of Parsons and Jackson of Parsons; and his brother Michael Griffith (Mary) of Hambleton.
